2024-2025 Enrichment Programs Day School After School Tuition Policy

Day School Weekly (Group 1) provides before and after school care for children enrolled in the Day School and after school program five days a week (Threes classes and older). The program operates from 7:30 AM – 8:25 AM and 12:25 PM – 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday when the Day School is in session. Day School Weekly (Group 1) generally follows the Atlanta Public Schools calendar and begins August 1st. When the Day School is closed, children enrolled in this program can attend the after school program 12:25 – 6:00 PM as usual and the mornings 7:30 – 12:25 for an additional fee of $50/day. Space is limited for this program, and attendance is by registration only. During their time in the After School Program, children participate in a range of games and activities. They also enjoy lunch brought from home with friends and a late-afternoon snack. Children must be potty trained to enroll.

Tuition: (Threes/PK Classes 12:25 – 6:00 PM) $7,250/year, payable in 10 installments of $725/month July – April. 

(Transitional Kindergarten 2:00 – 6:00 PM M-Th; 12:25 – 6:00 F) $6,250/year, payable in 10 installments of $625/month July – April. 

There is a $75 registration fee and the cost is $725 per month for 10 months (prorated based on date of enrollment), and $625 per month for Transitional Kindergarten.

2024-2025 Enrichment Programs School Age After School Tuition Policy

School Age Program (Groups 2 and 3)

The School Age Program  (Groups 2 and 3) provides after school care for children enrolled in local elementary schools. The program follows the Atlanta Public Schools calendar and operates from 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday, except when noted in the school calendar. Space is limited for this program, and attendance is by registration only. During their time in the After School Program, children are provided a light snack and participate in a range of activities, including time for homework. 

There is an Atlanta Public Schools bus stop that provides transportation to Saint Anne’s from Morris Brandon Elementary School, in accordance with the APS calendar. The bus is made available at the discretion of the Atlanta Public Schools Transportation Department. The Day School does not provide transportation.

Tuition: $4,250 payable in 10 installments of $425/month July – April, plus an annual Registration Fee of $75.

Key Calendar Dates (Important: Please see the Day School Enrichment Programs Policy for Day School Key Dates if you have children enrolled in the Day School):

• After-school programs close early (3:30 PM) for Fall Fest on a Friday in October. Once the actual date is available, advance notice will be provided.
• All after-school programs will be closed on Good Friday (Friday, April 18, 2025), even though APS is in session.
• Following the APS calendar, school-age care will be available on May 22, 23, 27, 28, and 29.
• The School Age Program follows APS for weather and other emergency closures.

There is a $75 registration fee and the cost is $425 per month.
