Biscuit’s Bulletin

Since 2006, Biscuit the Horse has resided in the Day School lobby, greeting all who pass by. Biscuit began as a way to pursue a class’s interest in creating a rideable horse. The Saint Anne’s community subsequently came together to design and build the horse together, with the children voting to name the equine “Biscuit.” Nearly two decades later, Biscuit continues to bring joy to the children and adults who come through the Day School. In recent years, Biscuit has become the school’s unofficial mascot and is now the namesake of this publication.
