Dear Saint Anne’s Community,

Happy New Year from the Director Search committee!

Since our last update, a great deal of progress has been made by the committee. We are pleased to report that we received applications from a pool of extremely qualified candidates and have now closed the application process.

We conducted our first round of interviews in December and have just completed our second round. All interviews are being done virtually with a great deal of creativity, patience and grace.

This week, our committee met to review all of our candidates and identified three stellar individuals who will advance to the final round of interviews. These are set to take place over the next several weeks, culminating in a presentation of our final candidate to the Day School Advisory Board and Church Vestry in mid-February.

I’m proud to say that our Director Search has gone smoothly thus far, as we have completed all deadlines and milestones on schedule. I am grateful to all of the members of the committee for the time and dedication that they have poured into interviewing all of the candidates that applied. They have demonstrated a positive attitude and true love of our school in every step of the process.

Thank you so much for all of your support and we look forward to issuing another update next month when final interviews are complete and we move into the approval process. As of now, we expect to be able to announce a new Director in March as planned.
